help after 4 days can't swallow more than one ounce!!

What could be wrong? I have never written on one of these before, but thought this may help.Four days after surgery and can't get anything down( less than an ounce at most) without pain and full feeling in right side of chest(really painfull) any remedies? thanks in advance.

    call your doc. They shouldn't have put any fluid in you band to start with, but I have heard of it happening more than once. It may just be swelling, but you don't want to take the chance of getting dehydrated. CALL!
