Just beginning

I am starting on my journey to have the lap band surgery done. I have been contemplating on the surgery for over 2 years but tried to loose the weight using a gym, walking some, playing soccer in other words keeping active but have been unsuccessful when it came to loosing weight.

I have read several of your comments and have seen the processes in which some of you have undergone and the hoops you have had to jump through. I am hoping that I will be able to start the new year with a new life but I will have to wait and see.
