I talked to the dr and told him i wasn't sure if i wanted to do it before my cruise my husband got us a cruise and i'm scared to have my lap band done and get sick ugh but then the dr said lets get the ball rolling get what you need and get the insurance approved and we will get you were you need to be and this is so amazing to me he said if it's all done before your cruise which is his goal not mine lol said we will loosen your band so you don't get sick isn't he wonderful i was so excited so today i got on the phone and the rn called me and said I was the first patient to ever leave a seminar at 8pm and by 10am the next morning have everything back to her! I want to thank everyone who has been blogging me back you all are so wonderful thanks chris i'm so really glad you replied :thumbup:because it really helped me today my insurance company chenged the rules kinda peed me but it's ok every oct my husbands company gives us the option to choose his coverage we opted to bump up one because of me wanting this operation which will cover a little more i believe but now they are saying they need the following let me know if you peeps know anything about it.....The patient must have actively participated in non-surgical methods of weight reduction; these efforts must be fully appraised by the physician requesting :wink2:authorization for surgery

Is this the 6 month thing? I have records from weight watchers from this year and last year and bariatrics center 2 years ago so now i'm confused ... let me know what you think.. i'm glad i have you all god bless you!!!:) oh and my insurance is through empire bcbs yep pepsi employee lol
