I am a NEW banster!!!! Finally!!!

I was banded on 06/06/08 I am so excited. I have lost 20lbs so far. Although, I am starting to feel a need to get a fill. I only have one problem I went to TJ, Mexico to have it done. I live in Utah and the doctors I have called that deal in Bariatrics here want me to pay way to much or won't deal with me beacuse of where I got it done. How stupid is that? Well anyhow I still can make way better food chocies now because I don't feel an immediate need for food anymore. I was 288lbs and I am now only after 1 month and 1 week 268lbs. I am motivated to lose it and I can't wait until I can ride a bike and do more with my kids. If anyone has any info on a fill in Utah let me know.

The reason they will not deal with you is because once they take you on as a patient, they are held liable for the surgery you had in Mexico after only 2 visits. So if anything was to go wrong, they would be accountable!
