New beginnings

Banded on 4/2/08

Today is 4/7/08 I feel pretty good today.

I'm not hurting this morning and I'm ready to start walking in the morning again. I have losted about 5 to 7 pounds.

The last two days I got real tried after walking around the block and going to the store, so we will see how today goes.

I have all week off which will probably drive me nuts, but I'm going to try to walk several times a day to build up my strenght.
