I really can't complain too much about my new and improved body... except for my arms! When I look in the mirror at them, I just want to cry! I had a tummy tuck two years after I had lap band surgery and had lost 100 pounds. The tummy tuck was great, but I made the huse mistake of getting lypo done on my arms because that was the one place that fat just wouldn't seem to leave! HUGE MISTAKE! Now the skin on my arms is really loose and flabby and disgusting. I really don't theink there is too much I can do about it either. I could tone my arms, which would build muscle underneath the skin and might make them look a little less disgusting, but the skin won't change. I'm so depressed about it! Has anyone out there had an arm tuck? I'm seriously looking into it, but I've heard the scars are pretty bad. Any advice?
