Two Weeks, One day

Well, I know I haven't posted since day eight, but nothing much had changed at that point. Today, I had my first visit with my doctor since surgery and I am glad to report that I down 32lbs. I get to move onto puree foods tonight...yippee! Mashed potatos are sounding pretty good for dinner.

I would like to hear from others what they had come up with for recipes during this puree period.
