I was banded 3/21/08,I can not find the answer to this question anywhere . . . should I be able to feel the port underneath my skin?

    I can feel mine and I checked with my Dad who had the surgery 1 1/2 years ago and was told it is perfectly normal. My Dad said you won't even notice it after a while.
