Well I'm feeling great and saw the Dr. yesterday. Since surgery I've lost 16lbs. I'm back to water aerobics at the YMCA and loving it. I am starting to struggle since I don't have much restriction right now because my first fill isn't for about 21/2 weeks. I feel like i need it now but I'm sure the Dr. knows best. Praying I don't gain any back before then. Trying to stay between 1000-1200 cals until the fill.
