New and banded

Hi all,

I was banded on Tuesday, Feb. 5th. After a couple days of gas pain -ich- I really feel good today - knock on wood.

Last time I had surgery, it was an emergency craniotomy for a brain tumor. The night before the surgery I was attacked by a patient's visitor about 2 AM in the morning. She was just crazy - tried to pull out my IV, laughed at my bald head, got in my face calling me all sorts of names, tried to pull my curtains down...Gez I was just trying to sleep! Worst part - I was told my tumor was cancerous and I thought I would be a vege. What a night! After a lot of therapy and Thank you God a non-cancerous tumor, I'm okay
