I just wanted to reflect . . . this website has changed my life. I feel so empowered with the knowledge I need to change my life. Without this website, the support and the people, I don't know that I would have came to the same conclusion. To have Lap Band surgery. I can't wait to be one of the "old timers" here that can answer all of the newbies questions. Even the same questions over and over and over. "What does PB mean?"
