Was just banded on Oct 5. 2007. its been a week and one day. I started off with 337 lbs and need to go down to 160 lbs. long way to go but i believe I can do this with the support of my family and friends i hope to make along the way.
The first wk was hell, i wont lie, I like my breads and eggs and stuff like that. this is alot harder than i thought, but i made my first wk. i need to take it one step at a time. been checking out recipes and found some good ones and also found so many ppl felt the same way i did. maybe i will post over there. more later.:car:
