Hi all, Well, 1 month post op and lost 24 pounds. Feel fantastic...no problems. Eating pretty much what i want (low cal) but small amounts and staying satisfied. Have had problem with choking on raw veggies....so watching that. Have first fill July 18th.....any and all advice and comments appreciated....:)
