Hi all, Well, 1 month post op and lost 24 pounds. Feel fantastic...no problems. Eating pretty much what i want (low cal) but small amounts and staying satisfied. Have had problem with choking on raw veggies....so watching that. Have first fill July 18th.....any and all advice and comments appreciated....
Well, getting banded May 29.....trying to find some menu ideas for after the banding. 10 days prior i will b doing baked fish and chicken, skim milk or water.....also could anyone help me with ideas for my protein intake and how to keep my hair from falling out. Any info will b appreciated.
Will be having banding done within 6 weeks.....lots of questions and at times, want to back out,but with history of heart disease in my family, i just gotta do it....I want to live to see my grandkids grow up and grow old with my Bob!
