Need Help

I am a 28 year old female. In April of 2014 i had the gastric sleeve done. 2 months later i was dealing with belly pain, nausea, vomiting and dark stools. my dr went in and did an endoscopy and found that i had a stricture. he opened it and the pain seemed to have gone down a bit not fully gone but tolerable. a month after that i had another stricture he opened that one up too. then 8 months ago my pain came back with a vengance. i now have server pain, nausea and vomiting. I also now have a new pain, there is a pain in the upper left side of my abdomen. it feels like somthing is stabbing and poking me. it pokes at an outward angle. it kind of feels like a pin trying to stick out. i have had CT's and x-rays done my labs all come back clear. i jus dont know wat to do. My surgeon keeps telling me i cant find anything so there is nothing i can do for you.
