Road Block

It's been 10 1/2 month since my sleeve surgery and have lost a total of 136 lbs. I started with 442lbs and now i'm down to 306. You figure i should be happy especially when my friends notice the journey i have travelled. To me i'm cant seem to get under that 300 lbs threshold and it make me depressed. since october i've only lost 3 lbs

LAP-BAND Patients

Go back to the basics....document all you eat in drink in myfittnesspal.com, make sure you are getting all of your fluids and protein. Only take in your 600-800 calories a day and excercise. Good luck!

Gastric Sleeve Patients

If you haven't started excercising do so. If you are excercing and you are basically doing the same routine over and over again I would suggest (I did this as well) switching up your routines trying something new our bodies learn to adapt the same with our eating as well but with your body it is called - "muscle confusion" it will help jumpstart you weight loss again.

Good luck on your journey!
