11 Hours And 34 Minutes

HOLY "MY SURGERY IS TOMORROW" BATMAN!!!

I am having about a million emotions right now.

None of which is sleepiness.

I am thinking a bubble bath is exactly what I need.

A little light reading and some decaf sleepy time tea before my midnight ban on food.

I have half of my bag packed.

BUT

My dog is being too cute, he is begging me with his puppy dog eyes for a cuddle.

I think a nap would be good for you. My mom had surgery (not wls) and had to stop eating before midnight which made her really grumpy& thirsty. When she went under anestesia she was combative and tried to fight the doctor apparently, she needed 3 nurses to hold her down and kept trying to get up and leave even though she just had major surgery. I've fasted many times because of ramadan (which is actually this month!) so quick tip to keep that from happening. drink a whole water bottle, but make sure you have room for a cup of milk. milk keeps you from getting thirsty the next day for some reason. dried fruit is great also
