This time tomorrow I will be getting sleeved! Surgery is scheduled for 10:am. I'm so nervous and excited. I kept having the strangest dreams last night about eating.lol.. in my dream I kept forgetting I was on only clear liquids and I would eat a cookie or a cracker and I was going to have to cancel my sugery. No chance I'll forget though it's all I can think about.

 

Has anyone had miso soup on the clear liquids diet? Just curios I found some yesterday at Whole Foods and thought it might be a nice change from beef or chicken broth.

 

Today for my valentine's day treat and day before surgery. I am getting treated to a pedicure, massage and facial!! Thanks to my boyfriend and mom. I'd much rather have this than a big ol box of chocolates. :) I am hoping it will take my mind off of only having clear liquids today and ease some of my anxiety.

Good Luck to you, just think next year, on Valentines Day, you will be so much happier, and can go out for a wonderful Valentines Dinner. I had my surgery, between thanksgiving and Christmas, so while everyone else in the world was eating for the holiday season, I was post diet and then liquids. You will do just great. Thanks everyone!!.. I'm super excited. The house is ready the bag is packed I've taken my milk of magnesia...bleh! I hope I sleep well. I was only really hungry 2 times today!! I guess I am so anxious I'm not hungry.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
