I was sleeved on Feb 4th. I recall counting down the days, they will be a mere memory soon. I still can not believe it. I feel great . I said to someone earlier the best thing is that when my sergeon took my stomach he replaced within me HOPE. I lost that a long time ago. I am truly happy for you.

May you recover quickly and with ease. Sending prayers your way. :)

@verysoon.. yes they will go so fast. I have so much to prepare for so my family is taken care of.. lol I'm still cooking for them and trying to make sure they have everything they need before i have surgery and cant do my daily running around and cooking and cleaning and such. Plus I get to pamper myself the day before my surgery with a pedicure massage and facial. Hopefully it will keep my mind off only having clear liquids.

Where are you from?

@pookey I love your name... my nephew had an imaginary friend when he was a toddler named pookey and he would always say pookey did it.. lol.. it has become a family thing ever since so everytime i see your name around here it reminds me of him and makes me smile.. How long have you been sleeved?

@yecats.. It's awesome that you feel great. I'm hoping to feel great soon after surgery also. I can do 2-4 miles on the elliptical currently and have built alot of muscle in the last few months so i really believe that will benifit me.

I like your replacing your stomache with hope comment... it's totally true. there was a little thing at my drs office today with a signature and note of thanks from alot of his patients and it was a really special thing to see the inspiration and life changes he has helped with.

I love it..
