I just bit his head off for having pie and ice cream in the house....and then ordering pizza for his dinner!!! I told him it was okay but dang can you blame a girl for changing her mind? It all looked so good. I am still pre-op by the way so trying to lose those last 4 pounds! I told him that he HAS to help me. I don't mind him eating junk but single servings only so there is not enough left over. Sometimes my willpower SUCKS! I did really well for my frist two weeks on my pre-op diet. Did slimfast for the second week to jumpstart my weight loss before meeting with the surgeon. Now I am back to eating well. I think that it may take a few days to get back on the correct road. I just feel bad for my boyfriend. He is not having the surgery so he doesn't need to be cutting off his junk food. I hate asking him to, but he has been a sweetheart to help for the most part.

Well, I'm with you. He should NOT eat that stuff in front of you, it's just down right disrepsectful. It's like an alcoholic trying not to drink and a freaking bar!

He should eat those things away from you, not in your face. I mean being strong is on things, and I commend you for that, but dayum, he should do better, and

think of YOU, and what your going through. I've been through the same thing, and it's not fun. I don't like it at all! But your success IS up to you! Don't let him

drag you down, or keep you for doing what you need to do for yourself. some me don't want change, and they will do what ever they have to, to stop it.

Don't let that happen! Take control of YOU!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
