The Chubby Queen - My Journey - Blog Entry No. 1

So here I am. Nervous as anyone can be. Fixated on a not so unreal future. Counting the days to what it would be an epic event. Thinking to my self; "Am i doing the right thing?" And finding my self encouraging the idea that after this day all my weight dilemmas would be a thing of the past (I'm not saying that it would work like magic, i know this is just a tool). And right there, I raise my head and smile... Just smile. And think," don't be silly. This is what you always wanted".

I understand, I go back and forth and as well but know this is what is needed towards the next step towards healthy living. I feel like I've been there done there with every "diet" under the sun but with this "tool" we all can be "diet" free and just live. I see it as a get out of fat living free card. I can now apply everything learned from all the information learned over the years and apply and see the changes that is needed to stay motivated to keep living. Good luck on everything queen.
