No such thing as a slider food in the mornings....

Made Sourdough Waffles for the family this morning, they were so light and smelled so good that I knew with enough butter and syrup they would be a slider food for sure. two small bites later and NOPE. Fed the sewage system and will have a shake before Church. :D

I really do think our bands are tighter in the morning I can do cereal if I chew real good each bite , but if I try to eat any kind of egg I will hurt in 15 min, so I just mostly either do cereal or a Protein drink and and that last me like forever of course I do drink water all day if possible but I do try to get something in the afternoon if not then for sure in the evening just my cup of food and that's it as I don't like to hurt at all .

Never be tempted by the wonderful smell of yeast, butter and syrup. I stick to my oatmeal with egg whites or a protein shake. I guess you could have whipped them up in the Ninja and had a waffle shake. ;-0
