Just got tweaked...

I just got back from vacation at Yellowstone and like many banders I was tighter while at the higher altitude, and discovered that I felt better. So since I had a LB fill appointment this morning, I had them tweak my band with a .25 cc fill. But back to liquids for today and soft for tomorrow.

Yellowstone is awesome.. glad to know you felt okay out there.. I am leaving next week for Colorado.. my Dr. said no fill until you return.. I am a little loose and have some hunger right now but I am going to take his advise.. I hope I feel okay at that altitude.. I live in Florida (sea level) so it might take me a few days to adjust.

Sharpie I won't lie, I got stuck several times the first couple of days. In the end, I had to treat it like a fill, not being able to eat solids in the morning, taking very small bites and waiting. Once I did that I was fine.
