YES and day 2 and day 3 and....... until you can eat what seems like real food it is very hard (for me at least) then it is about getting out of your head.

To me it was, because I still had to stay on the liquid diet for 2 more days. Other than that my day was fine. I did not throw up anything and I was not sore at all.

I'm on day 2 and I thought it was going to be a lot harder. Can't stop thinking about getting to day 4 where I can add protein shakes and puddings... something with more consistency that will give the full feeling.
