Realizing today we have no real need to eat junk food to enjoy the Easter Day.The sermon at church called us to be Holy and seek Jesus. So glad HE gave his life to save ours! Good healthy Chicken Fajita with lots of onions and peppers and a bit of salsa were terrific. For dessert we had a strawberry trifle. It was layers of fresh strawberries, coolwhip, jello with coolwhip, and angel food cake. I skipped the cake layer and felt content. Lovely Easter and little visit with our youngest son, his wife and little daughter. She was so enjoying the Easter Eggs and hunting them.
