Well, here it is my first blog. Kinda weird feeling, but i've been wanting to do one for a while.

 

i've been approved for surgery after a year long supervised diet. tried b4 to get it done in shaumburg, but insurance considered the surgery experimental at the time. so glad they reconsidered.

 

i'm not at all scared. i'm very excited. i'm more scared about the 2 week liquid diet pre-op. did it b4, it's really hard.

 

i've been doing 50 minutes a day of cardio for a week now. i had a really bad headache today, though :sick and didn't exercise. i did notice that my legs are looking shaplier, though.

 

i'm starting to think about exercise 1st when i wake up instead of food. now THAT'S different.:clap2:

 

still not doing well with the diet or strength training, though. have to start that soon.
