Arm Lifts and Tummy Tucks! OH MY!

I am curious as to the ratio of post op banders that do require or find it necesary to have and arm lift or tummy tuck. Can you work through it with exercise? Does insurance cover it? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    I'm preop but I've heard that some insurance will cover the tummy tuck but not an arm lift. But this is just what I've heard.
