The first day of the clear liquid diet ws really bad but still better than expected. I needed to be more prepared when I went to work. Tomorrow I will take more "food" to work with me.

Let me just say that by the time I had starved through 3 p.m. the afternoon SlimFast tasted like a chocolate malt from Sheridan's Frozen Custard - YUM MEE!!!!!
