1st day of pre op diet

Today I started my pre op diet. I had a protein drink for breakfast and lean cuisine for lunch/dinner. I feel good, but I have a headache. I can't believe next week Sunday, I will be in my hotel room (God willing)!

I got my recipe book "Eating Well after weight loss surgery" by Patt Levine. It is really great! She is a chef that has had a lot of recipes in Gourment Magazine. She is also a lap bander.

I am excited to try new recipes. They are also designed to make for your family. You just have to puree your portion. I am going to buy a Magic Bullet for myself to make it easier.

I just need to buy a scale because I don't have one and I want to track my progress!
