4th day of my POD (pre-op diet). Last night was rough. Had my pre-testing yesterday and had annual checkup with pcp. Recovering from resp. infection and she told me if I'm not significantly better by Monday, I need to call my surgeon and reschedule :cry . Tuff. Don't know if I was stressing or hungry but, I ate a big spoon of peanut butter and 2 slices of cheese, Not on the approved list of things I can eat right now from my surgeon of course. Today will be better. Getting my water allotment for the day set out and planning exactly what I'm gonna eat to hopefully stick with. The barium from the upper GI passed well. No constipation from it :speechles . Enough for now.

Just sent a link to my daughters and 3 closest friends that will send them to the LBT site for info, as I've not really communicated a whole lot of info.

WTG on your 4th day of the POD. I know it will be worth it in the long run. Hang in there!
