It is now down to mere hours before surgery and my greatest fear??????? FAILURE! I am so afraid this won't work either. What can I say I feel like such a mutt I couldn't even stay on the pre op diet. Well I can't keep going this way forever so I will march ahead. I have been excersizing as hard as I can so maybe that will help. I am staying at Hope Lodge in Nashville and they just offered me spaghetti which is my favorite. Will these demons never get off my back? Oh well, like Nancy used to say....Just say no!! Time for a shower......to be cont.:nervous

you will do fabulous! remember the first month or so after surgery is for healing. any loss after that is a bonus.

as a reference point - my pre op "diet" was an absolute failure. i barely lost 6 pounds... i am now down almost 45 pounds.

you CAN do this.. YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
