Bonus Habits:

  2. Wore my bodybugg to record my activtiy
  3. Writing in this Blog.

Hi Noturningback11,

Yes sugar is my challenge also. I found that in the car and in front of the TV are where I eat it. At meals, I don't have that problem.

It reminds me of when my Mom was quitting smoking. She found it very hard to drink her morning coffee or evening cocktail without a cigarette.

Do you have a certain place or time that goes with your sugar habits?
