Good morning everyone, this is day four, I've been sleeping in my recliner, tried to sleep in the bed last night and it felt as if my stomach was separating.......back in the recliner I went. My stomach is making all sorts of loud strange sounds. I just took three Gas-X strips, I pray this helps. I haven't been to the "potty" yet, should I do something to help this process along? Looking forward to your comments.

Today is a much better day after having surgery Tuesday but yes it is slow. I tried the gas ex yesterday evening...oh give it time and it will work!! lol I am not getting to far away from the house today, thats for sure. How is your pain? Did you think you should be getting around better by now or is this what you expexted? Good Luck!! I guess its something we muct take day by day:)

Hi, Today is a much better day. I'm only in pain when I get up from sitting down or when I try to lay down in the bed. I dont see how people are returning to work in four days I'm not ready for work -:) I pray you're feeling well and improving everyday. Good luck to you in the future and we take this journey day by day.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
