Had an appointment with Dr Fox today and he is happy :D with my progress. He asked me what my secret was. I was thinking :blink: "what are you smoking?" and I told him following your instructions. He grinned and said "That is what I wanted to hear". Look at Dr Fox being funny. He is a great guy.

THat is great to hear! Gotta love a Dr telling you that you are doing well especially since we heard for so many years that we werent doing enough. Good job! (Since your ticker isnt on blogs, how much have you lost? Any NSV you are proud of other than the cleaned out closet? I love to hear all of that stuff!

40.2 lbs! NSV um is a little harder. I would say eating healthier therefore so is my family. Sounds funny but sprinting! Dr Fox told me today to start sprinting to burn more calaries and I just started doing it this week before he told me. So I'm going to try tweeking it a little bit with some advise he gave me. We had a good visit.
