OK this is it.......really...........it's here already. Surgery in the morning at 0730 :o:mellow::unsure: Does that sum up my emotions? I am nervous and excited. I've lost 8 lbs on the pre-op diet......1lb a day, not bad, if I can keep that up I will be happy!! Anticipating the pain, probably more than needed. I'm not questioning my decision though.......I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Time to make a change. I will keep you posted.

That means you should be having your surgery...within the hour! Congrats on your decision to change your life! Good luck and can't wait to hear how everything went!

In pre-op wearing my designer gown! Had my I'VE antibiotic and weigh in I love this scale down 10 lbs in a week :). I think they make these gowns so big to make people feel better about themselves! The staff here at Richardson Surgery Center are great . See you on the other side folks

You should lose 2lbs per week at the start. Hope you will walk to get rid of the gas. So happy for you. Anxious for you to let us know you are done. Cant wait to meet you. dont overdue your pain pills. you will get constipated big time from them. I have bnd for 2 years.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
