my diet at the moment

at the moment I'm on about 600mls a day.

so, I'm eating healthy, my latest favourite food is watermelon and cucumber.

I've never really been a big fan of veggies, so I'm trying to get used to eating so healthy!

It's been so intense for me, getting used to even having the lapband and getting used to eating slowly and what I can and can not eat.

I'm just so happy to actually, to be speaking to people that are going threw the same thing as me!

I'd love some recipe ideas if anyone has any, I need to broaden my horizons.

any advice is helpful! <3

LAP-BAND Patients

One of my most favorite things that is packed with protein, fiber & veggies is grilled tilapia over wilted spinach. Heat up your frying pan, spray with pam, place a tilapia filet when hot & season with salt & pepper. Wait about 4-5 mins & flip and add fresh spinach (at least 4 cups). Cover the pan & let the spinach wilt. After about 4 minutes, put on a plate & season however you like. It is delish!!! And easy to chew and digest!

reply: honestly at the moment I've been advised not to count calories and just to eat as healthy as possible.
