Week 6, 36.5 pounds, hold the fill please

I have my second f/u this week and I do not expect to get a fill. My doctor's attitude is if you are losing weight, he won't give you one. I have lost enough so far and have not had one day yet where I ate more than 750 calories. Think that's impossible? Then you need to follow me at my external blog also:

Michael, My physician has the same belief. If you are losing you do not need a fill. I have only had two fills in 7 months, 5cc's at 6 weeks and another 1.4cc around the 5th of May. The second fill I asked for because my weight loss was slowing and I was over zealous and greedy and wanted to loss quicker. I paid for that fill it was a pure 48 hours of hell, by the end of day two I had to go back and have .4cc removed. I learned my lession, don't ask for a fill or insist if you are lossing weight. I am ahead of the expected weight loss for a lap band and I just need to accept if I stay true to what I eat and exercise the weight will come off. I think it is great that you are able to keep your calorie intake aroound 750 and stay satisfied. My calorie intake is about 900-950 and I take in about 70gms of protein aday. You are doing amazing!:)

You are doing unbelievably well! Not too many of us can match your progress! I would never be satisfied with just 750 calories daily. I don't know how you do it? But congrats to you! :)

My first fill date is July 19th - although right now I am just starting solids I am only consuming 600 or less caloires a day it is hard when you are eatign mushies to eat much more than that in staying with the guideline of 1/2- 1 cup of food max per sitting - I feel satisfied for the most part - however last night my husband made me a small hamburger - I ate small bites with LOTS of ketchup and chewed completly!!! I did find I was FULL by the time I finished the burger - I am hoping this maintains as I add additional solids to my meals..any suggestions on what to start with for lunches? I seem to get hungriest between lunch and supper (most lunches have just been soups?? And I have been excersising 6 xa a week ince day 5 of surgery -- Since I am (according to my food tracker Sparkspeople) I am burnign more calories than I am consuming will I still lose weight? I hear you do not...I am trying to do everything the right way to use this bnad as the tool it was meant to be..any and all suggestions would be appreciated
