Hi band family,

 

Christmas is now over... For those that don't have a membership to a gym... You really should think about getting one. I got on for Christmas and I am happy. I said, I would never go into a gym and I really like it. I'm full figured and thats OK. Girls, I'm turning there heads...... LOL. Now that the New Years is very close. What are some of your plans? And lets think outside that box. I know that we want to loose weight.... For me, I want to start putting myself first. and be more healthier. What about you?

I really love going to the gym! I have been going on and off for years but this time I am here to stay! I have found a place to workout for free so I don't have to worry about the extra money now. I am too excited about that so I have no excuses this time! LOL! Good luck!

New Years Goal....stay motivated and maintain...and cross the finish line of my first 1/2 Marathon. I have to do this for "ME" :o) Love your enthusiasm as well :o)

I love going to the gym. For anyone who can't afford an LA Fitness or Bally's, check to see if your hospital has a fitness center. Mine does and it is great. The price is right and there are no people there dressed to the 9's looking for a date. I don't have a New Year's resolution, but I am hoping to get off of my high blood pressure medication by losing more weight and attending the gym 3-4 times a week. After a loss of 68.5 lbs I am no longer diabetic. Happy New Year!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
