YES THEY'RE BAD FOR YOU!!! You need healthy protein. You should be drinking chicken broth, protein shakes (think Atkins, Weight Watchers, SugarFree Boost, etc), cream soups with protein powder mixed in, sugarfree Jello. Didn't your surgeons give you a sample menu?

You need protein, protein, protein. Without protein you will become very weak and feeling ill.. ALL THE BEST TO YOU..
