Getting started

I am just getting started,I am on medicaid, & medicare, I weigh 260lbs. Witha BMI of 40.2.

has medicare or medicaid paid for anyone's surgery,please let me know.can't weight any longer. Oh yea medically I qualify for everything.

If you qualify on all other levels, I believe medicare will cover the surgery as a cost preventative measure.

Thank you so much I was hoping for that, I have arthritis high blood pressure,bulging disk in the lower spine & neck insomnia,fibromyalgia, & knee pain to name a few. I go back to the doc. tomorrow.

My pcp is a joke he said I wanted the lap band for a physical reason -duh! its also a medical reason ,my insurance wont pay without my pcp referral everything else I have. I weigh 268lbs @ 5ft. 7in. whats physical about that,I guess the high blood pressure,bulging disk,arthritis & knee pain is physical to,WOW I really needed to get that off my chest,feeling better already, can someone help please what else can I do.My PCP referral is all I need.H E L P P L E A S E !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do you have the option to visit another Doc? look into one who has referred others for WLS...
