I know this might sound vague but it all depends for me...what time if day, what kind of salad....yadda yadda. If its later in the day and just lettuce (mixed greens) lil dressing I can do it. It all depends on how your band feels about it. The list of what I cant eat might be different, ive seen ppl say they can have bagels, tuna, steak...those are somemore no-go's for me. You just have to try and see.

Wow, sounds like me. Wine, pringles, dark chocolate and ice cream are the only foods that don't get stuck! I can eat most any flaky white fish (not fried) and not much else. I drink a lot of Lattes with protien steamed into the milk from Starbucks. I'm going to get scoped on Tuesday with a new doctor. I'm just not sure it should be this hard. I've lost 70lb since September of 09 and I still have more to loose. I don't work out b/c I don't take in enough calories. I can barely stay awake after 9pm because I'm always so tired. Today I had a protien latte, and water. I'm going to try and eat fish in a few moments but I just NEVER know what will happen. Wine does seem to make everything better!

I searched for "gurggle" and only found your blog. I am 15 months out and I want another small adjustment/fill.... but I am afraid because I gurggle everything! My son mocks me and laughs. For a while I thought only I noticed. Not so lucky. At least I'm not alone.
