LAP-BAND Patients

I start my 2 week diet tomorrow and my doctor has given me a menu of the Adkins Diet. But i have heard most do the liquid diet so im going to do a protein shake for breakfast and one for lunch then for dinner ill do one of the dinners on the menu. So i dont think it will be all that bad for me that way.
