I might just succeed after all!

:rolleyes2:When I joined the group yesterday I was feeling pretty negative abuot my banding experience. I guestimated my weight at 212 because I hadn't been succeeding at weight loss (or trying) for about a month. HOWEVER, I went and weighed myself after logging off and discovered that I was down to 208! I am now inspired again and have worked out two days in a row. 200lbs. here I come!!!! I can't wait to get back into my size 12 jeans again!

As of today I am now five pounds away from my first milestone! I have been doing the Billy Blanks Basic Training video for the last three of fours days and can see already that my stomach is smaller! On the third day of doing the video, I finally didn't feel like I was going to barf at the end. It's REALLY hard, but every time I do it, I get a little bit better at keeping up and extending my range of motion.
