Banded on April 30th! :-)

So, I finally have the band. Over the past few days I've been sipping on clear fluids. Currently, I can't even think about putting something more solid in my system. I'm having a hard time getting enough fluids in, but I can feel it getting loser. I really feel like this will turn out as one of the best decisions I've ever made. It helps that Joe is in complete support. He's been so great helping me out.

As of this morning, I'm down 8lbs from Friday. Not too shabby for just a weekend! I'm so excited and so curious as to how things will work out. Patience has never been a virtue of mine.
