starting to get discourage

so i was banded april 12, 2010 since the 2 weeks before surgury i have lost 20 pounds but nothing in the past almost 2 weeks i have been eating small amounts and healthy foods even know i can eat everything just fine i feel hungry just about all the time yet, i go to the gym for a hour every morning and go for 2-3 mile walks at night with my kids but still not losing anything and it's really starting to get to me anyone got any suggestions?

Maybe eat a little bit more...maybe ur working out more... with not enough food to burn..remeber food is your fuel..

I constantly have the same issue and unfortunately, I think it is just part of the process. :thumbup: I work out almost every day. There will be many days in a row that I don't lose anything or even slightly gain, but then I will have two days in a row losing a half a pound.

Keep at it and the good choices will catch up!!
