One Week Post

Wooohoooooo.......one week postop and I'm down 12lbs. :wink2: I can't believe it!!!! Must admit I'm a little concerned about losing so much so quickly, don't get me wrong I like being 12lbs lighter, just don't want to lose too much too fast.

The first week has been a little challenging~ pretty much a low grade fever daily, pain under my rib cage and not really taking in as much fluids/protein as I need to be. I've been walking at least two times a day for at least 30-45 minutes at a time, so getting my exercise in.:smile2: Started eating creamy soups last nght.....Hello beautiful clam chowder~ where have you been all my life? With your velvety creaminess, your succulent clams and filling potatoes. You are manna from Heaven!

Feeling some better, back to work today but completely wiped out. I know this will all be worth it in a few months but yes~ I've had buyers remorse....not as bad now, but most definitely the first few days. I'm craving a salad like you wouldn't believe! Yes, I'm one of those few people that loves salad....with no dressing.
