Hi my name is Cindy and I am three weeks out of surgery. I have lost 14 lbs. already but had a terrible case of thrush after surgery. I actually lost 10 lbs. in 6 days! The thrush was so painful...don't want it again. I have never blogged, face-booked, or any of this. I posted a before pic and don't even know how to find it now. Can anyone help a tech challenged 52 year old?
