Just Banded

I was banded five days ago on Feb. 18, 2010. Today, was the first day where I could actually move around without wanting to cry. The pain in my chest and shoulder was rough. Feeling good about my decision. :rolleyes2:

Hang in there it takes time. it was 9 days for me and my pain to disappear, but after that wow, energy galore. Rem to eat protein foods, shakes etc. Take a shake and vitamins, you really feel a difference. I have averaged 4.35 pounds a week since Jan 4. It's working and also with exercise too, 30 to 45 min 3 times a week. Try it you will see the difference.
