confuse about fills and average weight lost

I was banded on 12/29/09. My starting weight 228lbs I've had two fills. My first fill was on 01/19/10 for 2cc weight loss of 14lbs, My second fill was on 02/01/10 for 5cc. My weight is the same no weight loss or gain. I have my third fill on 02/15/10 I really haven't felt much restriction. I have not tried to push the boundary either. My band only holds 11cc I only have 4cc left so I hoping the next fill I'm able to loss more weight.:frown:

I had 6ccs in a 12cc band and the last time the doctor put in only 1.5ccs and now I might even be a little tight. Smaller increments make a bigger difference when your band is fuller. I bet the next one will do the trick!

Thanks for letting us know, I am in the same boat you are, I had my 2nd fill, lost some for a few days and then stayed even. I feel no restriction, but do not temp to go beyong the boundary also. I am scheduled for a 3rd fill next Sat, and think that the added 2 cc's for a total of 6 cc's in a 11 cc band will cause me some restriction-which I want. Let me know how yours goes. Giby97-Ken

I had my fill today, doctor added 1cc I'm now at a total of 8cc, and to top it off I lost 3.5 lb. This came a total shock because my scales here at home still show no weight lost. May my scales are off or something. I feel some restriction now. Everyone stay postive :frown:
