Not losing

Hello all, just want to know if anyone is feeling this way. I will be entering my 2nd year after my lap band surgery, initially I lost 65 lbs and haven't lost anymore since. I can't really eat much but junk food (probably why I am not losing) Any comments? Is anyone else feeling this way,any suggestions on what I can do to get some more weight off. I still need to lose 60 more lbs. I heard the second year the weight comes off faster, but no such luck for me.

I have not been banded all that long but if you are not eating healthy you will not lose the weight you want. You asked for comments. Go back to your nutritionist or Dr. and get back on track, try to use this tool and it will work for you if you work with it. I cannot imagine having this surgery and not following the rules for better health what a waste of your time. I hope you are willing to get back on track as it will only help you. I am glad you shared so I can remember not to get so complacent I want to be healthier don't you? Best wishes imaluckydog

I'm guessing that you know that the only person that can get you back on track is you. I have no doubt that you are strong enough to do it. If you were strong enough to make the initial committment, you are strong enough now. Good luck and fight, fight, fight!!
